A 1500+ word paper detailing individual experience of giving up something of value to the student for 1 weekend. The student will select some substance, food, behavior, or habit and remain abstinent from it for 72 hours. GRADING: 

30 points each / rubric posted in the Assignments folder:

10 points for organization, 10 points for creativity/insights, 5 points for grammar/syntax, 5 points for applying course concpets by citing relevant readings

Late submissions (if pre-arranged) are subject to a reduction of 5 grade points per day

3.75 points
