  1. Discuss the major trends you have selected and why you selected them. You may use a couple of trends from the reading this week, but be sure to discuss a couple of trends that are not listed in that reading.
  2. Anticipate how you expect these trends to affect your selected organization.
  3. Determine the kinds of change-management skills and tools that may be required to address the trends.

Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:

  • Be typed, double-spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12) with one-inch margins on all sides; references must follow
  • Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required page length.
