You should review this report at least in general terms (you don’t need to try to parse out all the tables and detailed data. Concentrate on the problem, on the inputs to the simulation, and the outputs.

When you’ve got a reasonable feel for what was done and what was found out, prepare a minimum 700 word paper (maximum 900) in APA format discussing the following issues:

Are there any particular changes that you might have suggested to the study authors that you feel would have improved the study?

Do a bit of Internet research into so-called “queuing simulations.” What are some other areas in which this sort of simulation has been used?

Overall, how do you feel about reading about a simulation as opposed to actually experiencing it hands-on?
