You mentioned that they asked for a price, you countered with a different price, and then you settled for yet another price along with extras. What did you say to them exactly to make them come down on the price? What extras were added in? Whose idea was it to add in extras? What tactics or arguments did you try making in order to get them to lower the price? These details will help the reader know how you achieved your outcome.

I realize the report is short, and you don’t really need to add content, but rather I am suggesting that you take the content that is already there and be a little more specific about what happened as you analyze it.
