In-field research in adult education practice setting. Identify a practice area of interest and interview an adult educator in that setting. This involves development of an interview schedule focusing on issues, problems, hopes, proficiencies, etc. Participants would specify prior assumptions, report on findings and analyze their learning from a philosophic perspective.
