Create a traditional report
The project report should contain the following items: The issue and background information, as many facts as you can dig up, two ethical arguments that reach opposing conclusions where the arguments incorporate facts and selected values, a discussion of the strength of each argument, and your final conclusion.
Note: “Two ethical arguments that reach opposing conclusions” could be of this form: Argument 1 concludes that X is morally wrong and Argument 2 concludes that X is morally right. The conclusions might be opposing due to the selection of different facts and/or different values. An alternative form might be like this: Argument 1 concludes that X is morally right and Argument 2 concludes that Y is morally right, but X and Y are inconsistent, i.e. you can’t have both. Another way to come up with opposing arguments is to consider cultural relativism.
