create a case study with their background level of sport mentioned-i.e Sunday league English football (not a high level). and their future goals
use a psychological intervention such as goal settings to help them improve and reach goals and create a test for the one caste study and results in the order.
Will also upload a previous case study done on a different topic to help show how i would prefer the order to be laid out.
