Topic: Investigation the impact of social network sites in recruitment process.
I only need the findings section of the dissertation as I have the rest of the parts. I also have objectives and questions but except of the first one if you can please form it to the finding section as the lecture said that could be better or need to rephrase them. Also need the end of the paper the copy or screenshot of the questionnaires and interview sheets. I need qualitative data collected from jobseekers from about 50-60 people (anonymus)and also need to do a questionnaire for Organisations (it can be 30-40 anonymus) and then compare those. Also I need qualitative data analysis as my begin of dissertation was build up in the methodology as will be collected qualitative and quantitative data as well. need to do “interview” with 2 organisation (chosen UGG Australia and Wealmoor Limited) and also need a copy of the interview sheet copy at the end.
Then after all of the diagramms with the analysing need to write a conclusion and recommendation section that applys for all of the objectives. Please find below my objectives and questions. Except of the first question you can change or rephrase it if you can make it better please as really important to have good questions and objectives otherwise i wont get good mark.
Research objectives:
• To investigate the factors impacting the recruitment process of the organizations
• To investigate the use of social networking site for the recruitment process
• To assess the issues regarding the usage of data in the social networking site
• To generate the suitable solution to minimize issues of the social media users
Research questions:
• To what extend does social media help effectiveness and success of recruitment process? (according the lecture this is a good question)
• What types of challenges have been faced by the job seekers and the organizations through their social networking site profile?
• What will be the possible solution for both to minimize those issues?
• What type of social media the most preferred by Jobseekers and Organizations and why?
