Each topic we cover has specific, practical applications to your life and career. This reflective journal should include your assessment of how you can use the new knowledge gained for the week to make yourself a better person, employee, and/or manager. Share your thoughts about ethical dilemmas in your own life. Share situations that happened to you or someone else that relate to the chapter material. Remember that you can not only apply class concepts at work, but also in family, church, community, politics/government, etc. If you are truly reflecting at a deep level you will have “ah-hahs” as you write that will help you see new insights and applications to work and life in general. Share those in your reflections. In sum, post about any insights that you have taken from the week’s assignments and apply these to your own life.
