On development Phase: Create a database system.

Hello, I will upload my project it consists of 3 parts. I did part 1 and 2 and below is the instructions for the final part:
1-Development Phase: Creating a database system.
2-Testing Phase: Creating a test plan with checklist table of the database system works.
3-Implementation Phase: Implementation plan and creating a quick user manual. (i will upload a picture of 4 methods choose only 1 method)
4-Reflect on project environmental and ethical impact.
