Explain Are women are more emotionally than men?

In the book there was a chapter called “Dig deep:Beyond Lean In,” the author argues that women have not been equal to men specially whom lower income than other and women of color. also she mention the idea that women them self could contribute to the inequality they are facing without knowing that. The book said “It almost seems as if Sandberg sees women’s lack of perseverance as more the problem than the system inequality”. I agree that women specially in the past are having difficultly dealing with gender equality, but there are several ways to fight for their rights, and the essential key to resolve this issue is knowing that they are having an issue because of their gender.
Educating women is important thing toward this issue, In the past women were not allowed to go to school in many different societies, and it is due to segregation of tasks, for example: women thought to be better for naturing and breeding their children and men thought to be a better when it is come to harsh physical job because he is physically stronger. They relied on the biological facts to determine what is the proper task for men and what’s better for women. Men can work more on buildings and jobs that require stronger physical ability. and Women can work but at more easier jobs for her because she is not physically strong.
some men in many societies claim that these type of segregation on tasks are built because they care about women. In my opinion thats what most of men want to do, but I\’m not sure if they are doing it in the right way or that’s what women want from us ‘ speaking as man” maybe we want to help women or feel that women are in need to our production, but maybe some women are bothered because this could mean to them “you as a women are not capable of doing things like men do and you need me all the time ” I think women might feel we took it too far and we should stop acting in a way that make them feel more needy when it comes to some specific situations.
Nowadays women are more open and educated than before and they are able to do jobs that most men are cannot do. In my opinion women when it comes to study are far more organized and having better grades. I am saying this based on what I saw during my time of study. I am always asking myself this question, is it really because they are female they are having better grade? if yes, does it mean they are smarter? or women are always more caring when it’s due to any task they doing? I am not really sure. some people say; women are better when it comes to tasks that require more caring, and men are better when it comes to do harsh physical jobs.
Some people think that women are better for taking care of her child because men they don\’t know how to take care of their children. And this type idea leave me wondering why? Are women are more emotionally than men? If yes, I would say there are many men that also having strong emotion and sympathy and they can take care of many people other than their children. Who can determine who is better of taking care of children? Is it depend on the person gender or a person personality? I think most
people would say we determine that based on the knowledge or some research that scientist said, and other would say it is because the physical appearance of men are harsher and child want more acceptable softer look.” Some of my friends said that”
This controversial issue need to be looked at closely, and like what the author said, women should understand their own rights and encourage to be educated. And we as men have to standup and be fair with women and respect their rights. Sometimes we want to be protectors, but that’s does not mean violate their rights.
