In a short expository paragraph (4-8 sentences), introduce and discuss three questionable persuasive tactics that authors use in making arguments

This project provides the opportunity for you to write three paragraphs, one for each of the topic descriptions given below. Because you will be writing for different purposes (to inform, to entertain) you will need to pay close attention to the major differences.

1. In a short expository paragraph (4-8 sentences), introduce and discuss three questionable persuasive tactics that authors use in making arguments. Make sure that your paragraph has a clear topic sentence and a concluding sentence.

2. Write a short narrative paragraph about the day your mother made your bed with you still in it. Remember that you\’re telling a story.

3. Write a short paragraph in which you describe what your room looked like after it mysteriously cleaned itself up. Pay attention to using words that help the reader \”see\” the room. Unify the description around the single scene or impression you would like to create to the reader.
