Talk about the implementation part of project management
THIS IS A REVISION
I want you to analyze this case i have attached ( case study heathrow) using project management tools i have provided below, please make sure that you use each tool to its best and its well presented.
1) Project management cycle- the 4 phases
2) Project management process- Market analysis, financial analysis, impact analysis and risk analysis- talk about the implementation part of project management
3)Project management knowledge areas- 8/9 knowledge areas, how these process been carried out input and output
4) Tool and technique- logical framework, Analytical Hierarchy process, work down structure
These were the main topic but from my knowledge i would like you to also focus on project life cycle -approach, display the main activties of Heathrow with classical lifecycle of your choice. explain when each phase starts and finishes.
-perform a risk analysis and risk response for this project
-conduct stakeholder analysis and develop appropriate communication plan for stakeholders
-talk about sustainability importance of the project
-provide critical analysis of the project goal under the theory of and project management
-During the implementation of the prototyping phase, human resources became unexpectedly scarce. What project objective (success criteria) should be prioritised? What stakeholder should be given more attention in the project communication plan? Why?
– How should quality be perceived in the project? What are the main risks to achieving a desirable quality objective in the project? How should the project team respond to these risks?
I have stated bits and bobs from my revision lecture what the lecture expects from us, so please use these techniques, and if i missed out some do add it to the work. Also there will be some bits in the case which can not be related to what i have asked you to do. please do take that to consideration
