The OTC derivatives market reforming began in 2009, after the 2008 financial crisis. The dissertation should have a quick look at the situation at that time. After that, we have a look on the objective of the reform (stated in the statement of G20 leader\’s submit 2009). After that, we have a look on what has been achieved so far and what are the still opening issues.
