Adult Nursing

I need to write a personal statement for a post graduate degree in adult nursing. I already have a bachelor degree in marketing Managment at Wolverhampton University in 2013 and they have asked me to write in detail how my degree (although it’s not the relevant subject)would demonstrate it has transferable skills to Adult nursing? I need to relate everything in my marketing degree in depth and show how it can be relatable to adult nursing. Please also add that I’m working as a health care assistant at a care home to gain more experience in the health care. They have already advised me that since my degree is not within the health field I have to really impress them by showing them how the two subject how one relates to the other.
