Benefits of Developing a Brand – 10 points
Research a successful brand using the internet or University Library to learn about the benefits of developing a brand. Each Learning Team member will choose and research one brand. Learning Team members should each select different brands to research.
Compile an analysis of those brands and discuss how each company has capitalized on its own brand. Emphasize the following points:
ï Benefits of developing a brand
ï Benefits of line extensions
ï Consequences of diversification
ï Benefits from licensing
Prepare 2 to 4 slides on each brand (MicrosoftÆ PowerPointÆ presentation) addressing each of the points, including speaker notes. While there is no minimum word count for speaker notes, they should be written as though you are delivering this presentation live to the class.
