Based on the information that we discussed in Chapter 2: The Ethical Basis of Law and Business Management, write two pages (between 700 and 800 words only) about two practices of your choice that could help to create a strong ethical foundation in the business domain (for any company).
Explain (1) why you choose those two practices, (2) how you will implement them (or enforce them), (3) what are their expected impact on the company and people.

– Adopt industry ethical code, or building a specific ethical code for the company to address different ethical issues that might face workers. So workers can use them as a reference when needed.
– Encourage human resources department to make annual workshops and distribute guidebooks about ethical behavior inside the company.
– Encourage workers to come and talk with someone at human resources department, or any manager, to report any unethical behavior. And ensuring that all information will be confidential.
– Encourage the top managers to be a role model by making regular seminars for workers to promote best practices and how to handle different situations.
