Think of introduction, body, and conclusion. You should introduce your case in the beginning by describing the situation, problem, or story. The body contains more details and may have some aspects of research to prove your points. The conclusion should contain the lessons learned from the case. This deliverable should be a Word document using a typical outline format. Purdue Owl is a good reference for sample outlines. An outline is generally one full page in length.
