Communications Planning process determines the information and communications needs of the stakeholders

According to the PMBOK® Guide, “the Communications Planning process determines the information and communications needs of the stakeholders; for example, who needs what information, when they will need it, how it will be given to them, and by whom.” In other words, it lists the general communication requirements for the project. This week, you will create a simple communication plan for the execution of your project. Each team will need to complete the Communications Plan found in Doc Sharing.

  • Communication Plan

1. A communication plan has to be created and the finish product should look similar to the document titled, example_communication-plan_example_finish_product_should _look_like.

2. The other documents that are listed as informational are the documents pertaining to my project, so you need to use the information listed in the two information documents pertaining to my COFFEE SHOP project.

3. The information listed in the document listed as example_project_communication_plan_example should be listed in the final product.

4. The work should be in APA format (double-spaced) and 5 pages long which does not include the title page.
